if you finished Emma and Felicity's story then you should have 30 Friendship points, meaning you must have rejected them on the start of an event. Some events can give more than one Friendship point depending on your choices. Backtrack and see where you could have messed up.

if you saw the Android with black hair(Human Kit) and you still have that message popping up then you do have a bug, since Black Hair Android scene goes first than all the scenes you have just mentioned.

You can buy the human kit after she gets rejected from a Restaurant because she is an Android(Sex Doll), after that you can give her the Human Kit and then the scene of them going back to the restaurant begins.

this guys gets it, though her story is very nice and MC does not feel like he is actually corrupting her and more like broadening her horizons and her world views i really cannot wait to see what the Dev has in store for us in the next update.

Tell me what was the last scene you did with the android, i have a lot of save states(10 pages filled) and I might go back and see what has to be done to trigger her event.

"Religious Corruption" is basically a term used to say you convince a religious person to question their religion or their religious world views.

The game has a good story behind this religious character and I recommend it to anyone.

You're playing the wrong game if you are trying to apply any sense of morality, but so far it is very tame, you just make a certain religious girl question sexual views(You convince her that sex is good and feels good) other than that it has a very lovely story behind it, I recommend to play it even if her story so far is short lived

if i remember correctly it has to be an event triggered on a specific day of the week, on a specific time of the day. try moving to different rooms on every day to see if it triggers, also click on their doors on those specific days can trigger an event, your room is also one of the places where events take place.

You need to raise friendship with Android or Lin?
If you feel stuck is because there might be an event on a specific day of the week on a specific time of the day(Morning,Noon,Evening) and moving towards that location will trigger the even this also includes your room(there are many like that) try moving to different places during those 3 times and see if it triggers an event.

you have to purchase them at the site, have enough money ready to do so. The "A package has arrived probably triggered because you made more than 2 purchases(of anything) in one go and basically for some reason it triggers the message ever after you have gotten all your items in the mail.

I have to ask because the story feels a little off putting and very inconsistent, why the name(title) landlord and landlady at the beginning of the game? were you aiming for father/step-father and mother/step-mother, are you self-censoring or what? because based on the occurrences in the story it makes perfect sense if it was father and mother, but it seems to me that you avoided a self moral dilemma.

There is no reason why a "tenant" should care about the divorce of the "landlord/lady", there is even less reason to hate the "landlady" for leaving and the "tenant" should not be suffering from abandonment issues, it really makes zero sense. It hurts the story and the emotion behind it.

I know this game is still in early development so I apologize if I sound rude or harsh. Would like to hear the reason behind this choice.

First and foremost I will like to give a huge shout out to the Great Lawyer that represents Apple(In the Court Case of Epic V. Apple) for bringing this great title to light, it really shows that you cannot judge a book by its cover and whether or not you agree with some of the sexual content that this title applies, it really is an incredible read and truly felt identified with the main character(mainly in ideals). 
As someone that has experience with the Opposite sex I can tell you how real Sasha's "advice" are and i will say that if every one put an effort into their partners there would less people disappointed with sex and more in tune with their sexuality, Sex is the Language of the Soul, to put it in poetic words.
